Odin Recruitment Group are seeking an experienced Support Desk Co-ordinator for our highly valued customer based in Runcorn.

You will be able to connect professionally and easily with our Field based Engineering team and provide an effective, remote support from their Runcorn base.
This is a very busy and varied role requiring excellent communication, customer service, organisational skills and calmness under pressure. Ideally, we are looking for around 10 years' experience within a similar role.
You will provide a reliable and effective supportrole for a specific team within a designated part of the country and be able to integrate and successfully collaborate issues and between our customer and their customers.
You will order specific parts relevant for the job in hand (keeping costs at the forefront to stay within budget) and liaise with both the end using customer and the engineers when deadlines change.
You will collate KPI's and produce reports for senior management.
You will have an excellent knowledge with IT and can expect to manage the following as part of your day to day duties-
WIFI, Digital Media, CCTV, iPads, People Traffic cameras (clarity brickstream, Aurora, Xavis), Epos (tills, Ped and C+P) and Network cabling (ethernet, telephone and co-axial).
