The opportunity
Are you a creative and motivated professional with a passion for finding top talent? We are looking for a dynamic Talent Attraction Team Resourcer to join our Talent Attraction team! In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting the best candidates using innovative sourcing strategies. If you're ready to think outside the box and help us build a strong talent pipeline, this opportunity is for you.
Your duties and responsibilities will be
- Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other creative channels.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of top talent for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and talent strategies.
- Screen candidates, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess fit for roles.
- Engage with potential candidates and build lasting relationships to keep them interested in opportunities at our company.
- Partner with our recruitment teams to understand recruitment needs and deliver top candidates.
You will have the following experience and skills
Previous Experience: Proven experience in a recruitment or talent sourcing role is preferred but not essential.
Sourcing Expertise: Knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques, including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media is preferred but not essential.
Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and represent the company professionally
Creativity: A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box when developing sourcing strategies
