Role Overview:

As General Manager, you will be responsible for the full operation of the venue, ensuring smooth day-to-day running, maximising revenue, and maintaining high standards of service. You will lead a dedicated team, oversee financial performance, and implement strategies to enhance the venues reputation and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of venue operations, including front-of-house, stock control, cash handling, and site security.

  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service.

  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and licensing laws.

  • Work closely with the kitchen team to develop menus aligned with the venues vision.

  • Drive revenue through effective marketing, social media presence, and event planning.

  • Maintain accurate financial records and oversee stock management to maximise profitability.

  • Build strong relationships with local authorities and suppliers.
