Candidate Requirements:

  • Committed and hardworking with a team ethic and can do attitude.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with children, parents, and staff.
  • Easily builds relationship and has ability to differentiate to ensure each child has the best learning experience
  • Able to effectively manage children's behaviour's behaviour.
  • Level 2 Teaching Assistant or equivalent qualification.
