ODIN Recruitment are current looking for an experience Support Desk Co-ordinator, for a permanent position based in Runcorn.

As a Support Desk Co-Ordinator this position reports to the support desk manager being responsible effective allocation and management of incidents to field engineers, including the efficient use of logistical and field engineer resource.

The Support Desk Co-ordinator is also responsible for maintaining customer awareness and progress of nominated incidents. The support desk Co-ordinator must be highly organised to manage their workload, have experience in a similar role and be flexible in their approach to existing working processes.

Experience in an IT environment would be beneficial for this role, but not essential.

Our client works with the following technologies: WIFI, CCTV, Tablet, People traffic cameras, EPOS, Network Cabling, AV and EAS/RFiD.

Requirements
