Our client are a long established company who operate right across the UK dealing with Retail, Commercial and Industrial Installations. Due to continued growth they are looking to add a Technical Support Assistant to join the existing team.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
Salary offered £26,000 (plus) per year, Plus Holidays Plus Benefits
Our client Requires the following skills:
- Must have good customer service skills.
- Must have good PC Skills
- Able to handle Inbound & Outbound calls
- Must be able to handle customer urgent needs whilst working with the team
- Be able to prioritise work schedules to customer urgent needs
- Check stock levels for parts and prioritise delivery to site or engineers
- When stock levels are low you will need to re order stock.
- Re-schedule and prioritise engineers to attend the customer site according to the customer service level agreement
- Plan and arrange daily/weekly engineer schedules and liase with all engineers
- Our client does offer ongoing training for the right person.
