- Experience implementing Salesforce in large organisations
- Extensive experience managing a Salesforce Development team
- Experience with integration platforms (e.g. MuleSoft)
- Ability to build strong relationships and understand the business needs
- Any exposure to working in healthcare/pharma is advantageous but not essential
