We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Manager to oversee all aspects of quality control and quality assurance in our Engineering & Manufacturing department. In this role, you will implement and monitor all quality management systems, ensuring that our industrial manufacturing processes meet the highest standards.

Description
- Develop and implement quality management systems throughout the organisation
- Monitor and manage the inspection of incoming and outgoing product
- Collaborate with the Engineering & Manufacturing teams to improve product quality, process and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with industry and company quality standards within Aerospace AS9100
- Conduct regular audits and generate reports on quality metrics
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as well as write supporting documentation
- Handle customer complaints regarding product quality
- Have experience in External Auditing
Profile
A successful Quality Manager should have:
- 5 years proven experience in a Quality Manager role within the industrial / manufacturing industry.
- AS9100 experience is essential in order to be considered.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance, process and continuous improvement.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in using quality management software and tools.
- A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach.
