- Open new client files, issue Client Care Letters, and manage case documentation.
- Prepare correspondence and draft documents with precision.
- Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and an up-to-date diary for the Solicitor.
- Handle client interactions professionally, both in person and by phone.
- Prepare invoices, maintain accurate financial records, and manage filing systems.
- Support other team members and provide guidance to reception staff as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards in line with industry rules and protocols.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in IT and audio typing.
- Prior experience in a legal or professional setting is desirable.
