  • Open new client files, issue Client Care Letters, and manage case documentation.
  • Prepare correspondence and draft documents with precision.
  • Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and an up-to-date diary for the Solicitor.
  • Handle client interactions professionally, both in person and by phone.
  • Prepare invoices, maintain accurate financial records, and manage filing systems.
  • Support other team members and provide guidance to reception staff as needed.
