- Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations and ensure efficiency and safety.
- Implement operational strategies to meet production targets.
- Manage and lead a team, promoting a collaborative and productive environment.
- Maintain high standards of product quality and adhere to regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other managers to optimise production processes.
- Monitor and manage machinery maintenance schedules.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Handle shift scheduling and manpower allocation.

A successful Shift Manager should have:
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the FMCG industry.
- Proficiency in managing manufacturing operations and leading teams.
- Strong knowledge of Health and Safety.
- Experience managing Quality.
