The Mechanical Design Engineer will be a fundamental part of our Engineering & Manufacturing team, bringing innovative and practical designs to our Industrial / Manufacturing processes.

Description

  • Develop innovative and efficient designs for mechanical systems.
  • Collaborate with the Engineering & Manufacturing team to ensure design feasibility and optimisation.
  • Produce detailed schematics and specifications for manufacturing processes.
  • Oversee testing and validation processes for newly designed products.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to industry safety and quality standards.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering department.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders on design progress and challenges.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in mechanical engineering.

Profile

A successful Mechanical Design Engineer should have:

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in industrial / manufacturing design.
  • Experience of hydraulic, pneumatic and actuated systems.
  • Proficiency in mechanical design software.
  • An innovative mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • A strong understanding of industry safety and quality standards.

Job Offer
