About the Role:
The successful candidate will perform Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance of assets to maximize plant availability and maintain production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with health and safety policy and regulations
- Lock off or repair any dangerous machinery
- Work on project / improvement works with a target of minimising production downtime
- Fully complete PM sheets with all observations, jobs completed and recommendations and file with the Maintenance Planner
About you:
- Hold relevant mechanical qualifications
- Proven maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment (FMCG preferred)
- Proficiency in hydraulic and pneumatic systems and maintaining single and three phase motors and various pumps
- Experience with Root Cause Analysis and continuous improvement
- Familiarity with SAP is preferred but not essential
Package:
- £43,200 per year
- Double day shift pattern (Monday - Friday)
- Matched pension up to 10%
