day-to-day responsibilities include defining project requirements in collaboration with clients, leading the development of protective design strategies, and overseeing the completion of structural calculations. You'll also manage multiple projects to ensure high-quality deliverables, mentor a talented team, and contribute to strategic business decisions, all while working on projects that set the standard for safety and innovation.
This role would suit a Project Engineer or similar looking to further their career with a market-leading consultancy who offer great bonus structures, private healthcare, hybrid working, and the opportunity to manage a team and contribute to pioneering projects in the industry.
The Role:
- Define project requirements and deliver solutions.
- Develop design strategies and ensure compliance.
- Lead, mentor, and manage project delivery.
- Perform structural and vehicle dynamics assessments.
The Person:
- Project Engineer, Structural Engineer, or similar background.
- Chartered Engineer or equivalent experience.
- Willing to undergo SC Clearance.
- Commutable to Runcorn.
