We are currently recruiting for a highly motivated Personal Assistant to support the Director of a rapidly growing business in Runcorn.

As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the Director's calendar, scheduling appointments, taking minutes, diary management, liaising with clients and external parties and attending client meetings to assist the director. You will also be responsible for arranging travel, coordinating events, preparing reports as well as presentations.

The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure. In addition, you will have strong oral and written communication skills and a solid understanding of data protection and client confidentiality.

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Strong organisational skills
  • Proficient in minute taking and diary management
  • Ability to multitask, manage pressure and work under own initiative in order to meet deadlines and conflicting demands
