A specialist manufacturer of complex machinery to a range of industries worldwide has a new vacancy for a Senior Project Engineer to join the team. As a Senior Project Engineer, you will play a key role in overseeing the development and delivery of complex machinery projects and Capex improvement and applicants are sought with a demonstratable track of record of successful Project Management gained within a complex engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects.

Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, quality, etc.) and external suppliers to ensure smooth project progression.

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently.

Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost analysis for new projects.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ongoing projects.

Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and safety regulations.

Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates and resolve any issues.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.

The Person:

A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. (preferred)

Proven experience in project engineering/management.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.

Project Management qualification/certified (Prince 2, etc)

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
