Description
Duties of the Office Manager:
- Oversee and manage all office operations and procedures
- Maintain office services by organising office operations and procedures
- Support the sales team with orders
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
- MD support - travel and diary management
- Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlords
- Ensure the office remains clean, well organised and safe
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
Profile
A successful Office Manager should have:
- Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
- Experience with office management software like ERP and CRM
- Strong organisational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
Job Offer
