We are currently working with a Primary School in Runcorn to recruit an experienced Year 3 teacher for a long-term contract 2 days a week.The school is welcoming applications from ECT's and experienced teachers.The school is rated Ofsted "good" and staff work hard to create a safe and engaging environment for children to flourish and achieve their goals.Your new companyHays education are proudly working in partnership with an amazing single form entry school in Halton who are looking for a year 3 teacher to start in January 2025 for a two-term contract - they can be flexible on which 2 days of the week.Your new roleAs a year 3 teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons that meet the needs and interests of your pupils. You will also work closely with your colleagues and the senior leadership team to ensure high standards of teaching and learning across the school. You will have access to excellent resources and facilities, as well as ongoing professional development and support.What you'll need to succeedTo be considered for this role you will need to have:

  • Qualified teacher status.
  • An in depth knowledge of the KS2 curriculum.
  • Experience working within a KS2 setting, this is useful but not essential.
  • An up to date DBS or willingness to get one.
  • The ability to provide an inspiring, engaging and safe learning environment.
