Quality Assurance Officer

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Officer to join our client's Quality team. This role involves supporting all departments in the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality standards and systems. This position is based in Runcorn, working 37.5 hours per week from Monday to Friday.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Support all departments in developing, implementing, and maintaining quality standards and systems.
• Comply with standard operating procedures and systems to effectively monitor quality standards.
• Assist in investigating the root causes of complaints and non-conformances and help implement corrective/preventative actions.
• Collate and review data from the QMS process and support the performance of data trend analysis.
• Maintain an overall knowledge of the current status of compliance across the site with rules and standards.
• Assist with the maintenance of quality standards and support departmental projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry is essential.
• Proven experience in root cause analysis.
• Strong administrative skills and proficiency in computer applications.
• Resilient and capable of using own initiative to solve problems.
• Ability to plan workload and follow processes effectively.
