Quality Assurance Officer

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Officer to join our client's Quality team. This role involves supporting all departments in the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality standards and systems. If you are a resilient individual with strong administrative experience or a background in quality assurance, we encourage you to apply. This position is based in Runcorn, working 37.5 hours per week from Monday to Friday.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Support all departments in developing, implementing, and maintaining quality standards and systems.
  • Comply with standard operating procedures and systems to effectively monitor quality standards.
  • Assist in investigating the root causes of complaints and non-conformances and help implement corrective/preventative actions.
  • Collate and review data from the QMS process and support the performance of data trend analysis.
  • Maintain an overall knowledge of the current status of compliance across the site with rules and standards.
  • Assist with the maintenance of quality standards and support departmental projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry is essential.
  • Proven experience in root cause analysis.
  • Strong administrative skills and proficiency in computer applications.
  • Resilient and capable of using own initiative to solve problems.
  • Ability to plan workload and follow processes effectively.
