Acorn by Synergie is searching for Quality Auditor to join their client, a manufacturing business based in Runcorn, Cheshire.

Reporting to the Technical Manager, the purpose of the role is to ensure complete compliance to all food safety and quality standards including HACCP, ISO, BRC and customer conformity of production (COPS).

Duties will include:

* Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance across all departments.

* Work with all departments to ensure root cause analysis is undertaken to facilitate continuous improvement projects and ways of working.

* Assist with complaint investigations to ensure appropriate corrective and preventative actions are taken as well as assisting in the closure of audit non-conformances within the required timescales.

* Perform hygiene checks to ensure standards are maintained.

* Provide data for daily and monthly KPI reports and drive quality improvements across the site.

The successful candidate must have previous experience working within a similar role within a FMCG setting and must hold food hygiene/HACCP qualifications.

Working hours are 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday, on a rolling 3 shift pattern (6.00am - 2.00pm, 2.00pm - 10.00pm, 10.00pm- 6.00am).

Salary is dependent on knowledge and experience to offer.
