Senior Quality Auditor

Runcorn

3 shift pattern (6-2, 2-10, 10-6)

£30,000 to £35,000 DOE

This is an extremely unique role for an experienced Quality Auditor with a strong background in Food Manufacturing. For the right person, this is an excellent opportunity to make an impact and contribute to the success of a business. Role Description

  • Develop and ensure complete compliance to all food safety and quality standards - HACCP, legislation, ISO, BRC & customer COP's.
  • Ensure compliance across all departments through regularly conducted internal audits
  • Ensure root cause analysis is undertaken across all departments to facilitate continuous improvement projects and working procedures.
  • Assist with complaint investigations, ensuring appropriate corrective and preventative actions are taken
  • Assist in the closure of audit non-conformances within the required timescales.
  • Perform hygiene checks to ensure standards are maintained.
  • Collect and provide data for daily and monthly KPI reports, using this to drive quality improvements across the site.
  • Ensuring the positive food safety culture across site

Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in a similar role
  • FMCG experience advantageous
  • Food hygiene/HACCP qualification advantageous.
  • Able to work well within a team and on own initiative.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to find areas for improvement.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Able to make and communicate decisions
