Our client seeks an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager for two low-rise apartment schemes in Runcorn.
The projects, valued at approximately £35 million, involve steel frame construction and modular methods of construction (MMC).
Candidates should possess strong communication skills and organizational abilities to ensure smooth project delivery.
While social housing experience is preferred, candidates with backgrounds in building apartments, student accommodations, or hotels will also be considered.
The position is open to experienced Project Managers looking to advance to a more senior role.

Our client is looking for an experienced Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to deliver 2 low rise apartment schemes in Runcorn. The projects are steel frame and MMC and the apartments are 4 and storeys tall. These are both social housing schemes working closely with the local housing association.

The combined value of the projects is circa 35Million.

Due to the nature of this work you must be a atrong communicator and be very well organised to ensure the project delivery is as smooth as possible.

It is not essential that you have social housing experience but it is preferred that you have built apartments or similar schemes such as student accommodation or hotels.

The client would also consider exoerienced Project Managers who are looking to step up into a more senior role.
