About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to apply your psychology knowledge in a real-world setting, supporting children with a range of special educational needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and emotional and behavioural difficulties. You'll be working closely with experienced SEN staff, providing tailored support to help students achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist students in overcoming barriers to learning
  • Provide 1:1 support for pupils with diverse learning needs
  • Help develop individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies
  • Collaborate with teachers and therapists to deliver specialised interventions

What We're Looking For:

  • A Psychology degree (or equivalent)
  • A passion for supporting children with SEN
  • A patient, empathetic, and resilient attitude
  • Previous experience working with young people or in an educational setting is a plus, but not essential
