Title: Experienced Quantity Surveyor Needed for project in North West

Introductory Paragraph: Our client, a leading player in the Oil & Gas sector, is seeking an experienced and skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a contract basis. The project involves working with national gas at a compressor site located in the beautiful North West region of United Kingdom.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
- Experience within oil and gas industry
- Relevant certifications (if applicable)

Responsibilities:
As our new quantity surveyor, you will be responsible for handling clients' invoices as well as CE's and AfP documentation related to this specific project.

Key Skills:

1) Attention-to-detail - As we're dealing with large sums of money it goes without saying that attention-to-detail must come naturally.
2) Strong communication skills - You'll need excellent interpersonal abilities so that clear instructions are given both verbally but also via written reports which should always be concise yet informative.
3) Ability to work independently - We require someone who can take full ownership over certain tasks assigned while still being able maintain high levels of productivity even when unsupervised.

Additional Information:
This job falls outside IR35 regulations.
