Business Development Manager

Business Development & Marketing:

  • Business expansion that aligns with the company vision, company objectives, and marketing goals. Aid the winning of work and increase turnover.
  • Build and maintain relationships
  • Manage visible pipeline of opportunities
  • Elevate the company visibility within chosen sectors:

o Healthcare o Education o Leisure o Commercial o Industrial o Residential

  • Establish and lead a long-term marketing strategy that reflects market trends & funding streams
  • Managing existing client relationships
  • Positively influence business reputation
  • Attend relevant industry events

Bid / Tender:

  • Ensure that all procurement portals are checked for new contract opportunities
  • Coordinate with the Preconstruction Team
  • Where required supplement our current resources to complete/co-ordinate tender bid quality documents (PQQ & ITT)
  • Prepare tender presentations where required
  • Manage the company website and ensure that it remains relevant to business
