Business Development Manager

Business Development & Marketing:

Business expansion that aligns with the company vision, company objectives, and marketing goals. Aid the winning of work and increase turnover.

Build and maintain relationships

Manage visible pipeline of opportunities

Elevate the company visibility within chosen sectors:

Establish and lead a long-term marketing strategy that reflects market trends & funding streams

Managing existing client relationships

Positively influence business reputation

Attend relevant industry events

Bid / Tender:

Ensure that all procurement portals are checked for new contract opportunities

Coordinate with the Preconstruction Team

Where required supplement our current resources to complete/co-ordinate tender bid quality documents (PQQ & ITT)

Prepare tender presentations where required

Manage the company website and ensure that it remains relevant to business
