Brook Street Social Care are delighted to be working with an excellent charity and social enterprise within Halton.
We are looking for an experienced Administrator in a rare opportunity within a families temporary accommodation service on a part time basis.

The key responsibilities are:

  • Communicating and building relationships with key stakeholders including local authority housing solutions teams, internal and external services and teams..
  • To be a key player in a variety of dynamic administrative tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Ensure the telephone is answered efficiently and in a professional manner.
  • Distribute received mail, prepare mail and post efficiently.
  • Receive, record and support visitors.


The skills and experience required are:

  • Experience in the charity sector is a bonus, however an open-minded, compassionate and supportive personality are a must.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office & SharePoint with a strong attention to detail.
  • Highly organised, you'll have the ability to co-ordinate and manage your workload to meet deadlines.
  • A flexible approach and a 'can do' attitude.
