We are seeking a Responsible Individual to join our team in the children's care sector. The ideal candidate will have 3 years experience of managing a children's residential care home. You will be the operations lead to our Ofsted regulated children's care home in Runcorn.
Salary -Negotiable
Duties
- Provide the necessary support to the care home Manager ensuring that high standards of care.
- Ensure that the support and development for both our residents and staff are delivered and maintained inline with Ofsted guidance.
- Collaborating with local authorities and other childcare professionals to ensure the well-being of residents and staff.
- Use your knowledge and experience to support the companies plans for growth with your business development skills.
Requirements
- Must have at least 3 years experience of Managing a children's residential care home
- Previous experience in a similar role within the healthcare or social care sector
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with the management team/staff, residents, families, and healthcare professionals
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment while demonstrating excellent problem solving skills and leadership qualities.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to work remotely.
- Proficient IT skills
