  • Minimum of 6 months Paid experience as a support worker and children's setting in the UK in the last 3 years.
  • Have the right to live and work within the UK
  • You will need an enhanced children/ Adult DBS - on the update service, which you can apply for upon registration.
  • A full, valid driver's licence is required for this positions
  • Need to be passionate about caring
  • You need a level 3 or above health and social care
  • Confident in leading and supervising a team
  • Mentor and support team members
