Connect2socialwork are urgently looking for a Social Worker to join their great prevention and wellbeing team with a Pay rate up to £38 an hour on a locum basis.

Job Description;
- Conduct assessments and develop support plans to prevent crises and promote well-being.
- Provide supervision and care guidance, ensuring high-quality and person-centred interventions.
- Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams, external agencies, and community services.
- Offer support to colleagues in delivering high-quality social work practice.
- Deliver targeted interventions to individuals, families, and communities to promote resilience and independence.
- Ensure all casework is compliant with relevant legislation and best practices.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to service development.
- SWE Registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Drive and have access to a car
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
