Key Responsibilities:

  • Working within SEND school environments, supporting children with special educational needs
  • Assisting the classroom teacher in managing lessons and student engagement

  • Helping with classroom management and student progress monitoring

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role or working with SEND children (preferred)
  • A calm, patient, and adaptable approach to supporting children
  • Excellent communication skills and a team player mentality
  • A current enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply for one)
