Main Responsibilities: Management of Traction Shifts, Creation of work on transport management system, Liaising with customers, Brokering load opportunities, Reconciling customer orders

Management of Traction Shifts.
Creation of work on our transport management system
Liaising with customers regarding load opportunities and providing them with updates.
Brokering load opportunities with our third party haulage partners (subcontractors).
Reconciling customer orders with transport plans.
Organise and respond to enquiries.
Assist in the onboarding of new hauliers.
Assist in new customer sales.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

Previous experience in a transport environment is essential.
Great Attention to detail.
Strong people skills and excellent communication.
Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
Computer literate with good knowledge of outlook, word and excel.

Experience Required:

Transport Planning: 3 years (required)
Customer service: 3 years (required)
