- Management of Traction Shifts.
- Creation of work on our transport management system
- Liaising with customers regarding load opportunities and providing them with updates.
- Brokering load opportunities with our third party haulage partners (subcontractors).
- Reconciling customer orders with transport plans.
- Organise and respond to enquiries.
- Assist in the onboarding of new hauliers.
- Assist in new customer sales.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a transport environment is essential.
- Great Attention to detail.
- Strong people skills and excellent communication.
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
- Computer literate with good knowledge of outlook, word and excel.

- Transport Planning: 3 years (required)
- Customer service: 3 years (required)
