- Provides support to Customer Service Co-ordinator with first line response to incoming customer calls / correspondence ensuring issues are processed swiftly as per the Department Procedures whilst meeting the agreed quality standards and the needs of the customer.
- Supporting Customer Services Co-ordinator with office duties to the agreed standards including: -Processing daily Dispatch Notes -Processing customer Purchase Orders -Preparing emails to customers to book in PPM Engineer visits -Processing of Parts Only Quotes and Customer Orders -General Admin Office Duties as required
- Support the Service Contract Coordinator to co-ordinate and organise PPM Works Orders and Travel Bookings – Hotels, Flights, Ferries etc.
- Post site visit – Supporting Customer Service Co-ordinators and Service Contract Coordinator to ensure all Works Orders are processed effectively in conjunction with the Helpdesk Engineers, Customer Services Coordinator, Service Contract Coordinator, Finance Department and Customer in accordance with the agreed standards.
- Provide holiday and absence cover for Customer Service Coordinator and Service Contract Coordinator to ensure service levels are maintained at all times.
- Supporting the Technical Service Manager with the organisation of Department Meetings:-Procurement of lunches -General organisation of meeting rooms internally/externally
- Provide administrative support to the Customer Services Team as directed by the Technical Service Manager/Team leader, in a manner which contributes to the attainment of the Department vision.
