We are recruiting for a client based in Wellingborough who are looking for an additional member to their account management team. Join this team, you will have full autonomy to support their customers with new ideas, promoting products and services that help support an enhance their service offering.

Key Responsibilities:
As an Account Manager, you will be first point of contact for designated existing accounts. Your role is to build strong relationships with these companies and decision makers and start to really understand your client and their wants, you will be able cross sell new products and services to achieve their end goals and objectives.
What skills and experiences do you need?
This role requires previous sales or account management experience, ideally managing a portfolio of accounts and the ability to story tell, build trust and engage strong influencing, customer service and negotiating skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, being extremely organised and able to manage own time effectively to ensure the job gets done.
