Part-time Finance Administrator

30 hours per week | Permanent | Hybrid working | Global Business | Wellingborough

Debbie Burbage Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a global client to recruit a Finance Administrator. Working as part of the Finance team, you’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and delivering exceptional service to both internal and external customers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Building effective inter-departmental relationships and ensuring clear communication of recurring items
  • Meeting and exceeding KPIs, while maintaining a detailed understanding of AR-related processes
  • Posting daily cash receipts and reconciling accounts
  • Raising invoices and credit notes
  • Managing and categorising a shared mailbox and incoming work
  • Responding promptly to customer queries and providing copy invoices as required
  • Handling customer set-up and maintenance, along with claim processing
  • Supporting the Credit Manager with ad-hoc administrative tasks

The Candidate

You’ll bring solid experience in administration, with at least three years in a similar role. You’ll be comfortable handling finance-related administrative tasks and working with high-volume transactions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook, is essential, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Remuneration:

Salary: £competitive per annum depending on experience

Hours: Flexible 30 hours per week - Hybrid working

Holidays: 25 days plus Statutory days

Benefits: Excellent benefits package
