They provide a service that is impeccable and pride themselves on being a leading name in their market. This is an exciting opportunity for a Sales Team Manager to head up their sales team, being apart of the development and growth of an already successful team.

What your day will look like:
- Leadership and development of the current sales team, leading the way for the team to achieve sales targets.
- Using performance related methodology to improve and explore the teams individual sales strategies.
- Hands on training and coaching of individual team members ensuring
- Conducting team wide training sessions, around product, sales techniques and engagement strategies.
- Training through call shadowing and side by side support.
- Collaborating with the senior leadership team on projects, initiative's and development plans.
- Succession planning for the team.

The ideal candidate will have experience of service based selling, you may already be managing a sales team, or you have come from a sales background with the desire to manage a team as our client is happy train and develop someone in this role. If you sell to the construction or a relevant industry would be desirable.
Salary: up to £40,000 dependent on experience, a commission structure, health cash plan, Employee Assistance Programme, Eye Care Scheme and competitive pension scheme.
Hours: Monday - Friday 830am - 5pm
