Senior Civil Enigneer
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Civil Design Engineer to join our clients dynamic team in Wellingborough, where innovation meets excellence. With a strong emphasis on leveraging advanced technologies like BIM and Revit, this role offers the opportunity to lead and shape impactful varying Civil Engineering projects with a salary up to £50,000 and Hybrid working options and a great benefit package.
As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will be at the forefront of designing and managing diverse Civil and Infrastructure projects, including Highways, Drainage Systems, and External Works. Your portfolio will span both new construction and refurbishment projects for a broad range of public and private sector clients.

- Lead and manage the development of civil engineering projects from concept through to completion.
- Prepare detailed designs for roads, drainage and external works etc. including S38, S278 highway schemes and S104 drainage schemes
- Preparing technical specifications for a variety of infrastructure projects
- Address technical challenges and deliver innovative design solutions.
- Ensure adherence to regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Participate in project meetings, site visits, and inspections.
- Prepare reports, technical specifications, and design documentation.
- Support project planning and coordination.
- Review and validate work, including that of team members
- Bachelor's / Master's degree within a Civil Engineering discipline
- Chartered status (e.g., CEng MICE) or actively working towards it
- 5-7 years of hands-on experience in civil design engineering.
- Experience in drainage systems and flood risk management.
- Advanced knowledges: Revit, Civil 3D, Site 3D, Ground Modelling, Flow, and WinDes.
- Strong understanding of design standards, regulations, best practices, and Eurocodes.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively, both independently and within a team.
- Skilled in client interactions and managing project responsibilities.
- Quality-Driven / Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence and high-quality outcomes.
