As one of the UKs leading businesses within education, our client is seeking a talented and motivated Business Development Executive to join their team. You will play a critical role in the success of the customer engagement function, responsible for driving customer growth and increasing awareness of the company.

You will be responsible for identifying and nurturing all new business opportunities from incoming enquiries, achieving monthly targets for revenue, margin, conversion, and product uptake. Additionally, you will manage and convert email enquiries, identify prospects with immediate requirements, and support follow-up activities of the business.

You will provide advice and guidance to key stakeholders. Building close relationships with key decision-makers is essential to increase customer loyalty and market share.

You will have experience in some internal or external sales and business generation, with excellent customer service and people skills. You will be self-motivated, able to work on your own initiative, and have excellent communication skills, both verbally and in written communications. Strong time management skills, along with the ability to plan and prioritise tasks, are essential, as is the ability to be responsive to a fast-changing environment.

This role offers a salary of£24K, an achievable monthly commission scheme, full training, mentoring, and development opportunities, with the chance for career progression within a fast-growing organisation.

Normal office hours Monday - Friday, office based.
