Location: Wellingborough

Salary: £29,378 gross per annum

The Role

The Training department are looking for a Training Coordinator for the Wellingborough office. The role will be suited to someone who creative, able to work on their own initiative, and a strong communicator. The ideal candidate will have the ability to create a variety of training materials in various formats, and professionally deliver to Vizion employees at all levels.

Role Profile:

  • Creation and delivery of engaging training materials and resources that support learner engagement and knowledge transfer which will include but is not limited to videos, presentations, handouts, workbooks, Quizzes, training feedback forms
  • Participate in supporting and delivering blended learning and development programmes for all levels in Customer Services, fully exploring and utilising the Learning Management System to move to a more digital employee learning experience
  • Liaise with NAMS in order to create external training to clients and repairers for on and offsite delivery
  • Liaising with Line Managers at all sites to effectively identify, schedule and deliver training solutions participation in all aspects of internal and external training preparation, recording and analysis alongside other administration duties as required
  • Drive continuous improvement of employee satisfaction using internal and external feedback from customers and colleagues to seek opportunities for enhancing training content
  • Monthly reporting of training completions as required
  • Periodically report on training programme effectiveness and success
  • Liaise with IT to source, develop and manage an effective training management platform
