Your new role
Answering phone calls and emails from customers
Resolving customer enquiries related to property purchases and resident issues
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience.
Assisting with various administrative tasks.
What you'll need to succeed:
Previous experience in a customer service role within the housing or new build industry (Essential)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Valid driving licence.
