A fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK’s fastest growing, most innovative Fire and Security Companies, with over 30 years’ experience within the industry. My client is looking for an experienced Service Scheduler to join the team.

Main Responsibilities

  • Schedule and organise service visits and call-out rotas for Engineers.
  • Liaise with clients and the administration team to ensure timescales and deadlines are met. 
  • Obtain site access information and arrange their service visit to suit. 
  • Accurately enter data into our CRM system
  • Update the customer service record. 
  • General service administration duties and weekly reporting is also a key function in this role as you will be required to provide a report on a weekly basis of the current and completed and outstanding workloads for the business.

Knowledge and Responsibilities

  • Competent with Microsoft Office packages such as Excel & Word
  • Familiarity with using in-house CRM systems
  • Excellent communication skills, written and oral
  • Highly organised with ability to use initiative to organise and prioritise work and meet deadlines
  • Dynamic and forward thinking
  • Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative where applicable
