Role: Nursery Practitioner 

Location: Wellingborough 

Start Date: ASAP or January 2025 

Pay: £85 - £100 per day 

We are currently working with a primary school based around the Wellingborough area, supporting them recruit a full time nursery practitioner to start either now or from January 2025. 

Key Responsibilities:• Provide high standards of care and education to children aged 0-5 years.• Support children’s learning and development through engaging activities and play.• Plan and deliver educational experiences that support children’s individual needs.• Observe, assess, and document children’s progress, contributing to their development records.• Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.• Maintain a safe and clean environment, ensuring nursery policies and procedures are followed.• Work as part of a collaborative team, offering support and guidance to colleagues.• Be proactive in maintaining a stimulating learning environment, both indoors and outdoors.• Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and participate in nursery events.Requirements:• A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent (essential).• Experience working with young children in an early years setting (essential).• Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum and safeguarding practices.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.• Passion for working with children and contributing to their development.• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.• A commitment to continuous professional development.
