We are looking for a Carpenter Multi to join the team of an established facilities maintenance company on a 3 month temporary basis, on void properties.
Carpenter Multi
Monday to Friday (8am to 4:30pm)
Locations Rushden, Northamptonshire up to Peterborough area
21-23ph paid weekly via CIS or Umbrella
As a Carpenter Multi, your main duties will be:

Carpentry (General woodwork, including doors, frames, and skirting boards.

Plumbing (Basic plumbing repairs, such as fixing leaks, installing sinks, and toilets.)

Tiling (Laying and grouting tiles in kitchens, bathrooms, and other areas)

Patch Plastering

Decoration: Painting and finishing touches .
To be succesful as a Carpeter Multi, you willl need:

Experience in carpentry and basic plumbing, tiling, and plastering.

Ability to work independently and complete tasks to a high standard.

Knowledge of health and safety standards.

Previous experience working on void properties is a plus.
