The position is for a Conveyancer who can independently manage their own caseload from initial instruction to post-completion.
The firm is a long-standing local practice seeking to expand their team with a qualified Conveyancer.
While qualifications such as CLC, CILEX, or Solicitor are desirable, they are not essential for the role.
Candidates should be able to work unsupervised and handle their own caseload, with hybrid working available after an initial settling period.

I am excited to be working with a long standing local firm who are looking for a conveyancer to join their team.

Qualifications (CLC, CILEX or Solicitor) are desirable but not essential. You will need to be able to work unsuverpised and be able to handle your own caseload.

Hybrid working is available after the inital settling in period.
