Summary: We are looking for a dedicated Sales Coordinator to join our team for a 3-month contract. This role supports our sales force through various activities, ensuring smooth operations from lead generation to closing sales. The ideal candidate will handle customer enquiries, prepare budget quotes, schedule and manage customer visits, and process orders. You'll also assist in resolving customer issues and support inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer enquiries via email and phone, involving more experienced team members as needed.
  • Prepare budget quotes by gathering technical data and customer information.
  • Schedule and coordinate customer visits and events.
  • Process orders, issue acknowledgements, invoices, and shipping notices.
  • Provide updates on order and inventory status to the sales team.
  • Resolve customer issues, including shipment and after-sales support.
  • Analyse and report on inventory levels and sales data.
