Job Title: Catering Assistant
Location: Wollaston, Northamptonshire
Hours: 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Pay Rate: £12.98 per hour
Job Description:We are currently seeking a reliable and friendly Catering Assistant to join our team in Wollaston. This part-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for customer service and food preparation.
The successful candidate will assist with general duties such as washing dishes, serving customers, making sandwiches and rolls, and restocking fridges.
Key Responsibilities:- Dishwashing: Clean and maintain all kitchen utensils, dishes, and equipment.
- Customer Service: Serve customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Food Preparation: Prepare sandwiches, rolls, and other food items according to the menu.
- Restocking: Ensure fridges and display areas are well-stocked and organised throughout the day.
- Health & Safety: Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food hygiene standards.
- Previous experience in a catering or food service role is beneficial but not essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be punctual, reliable, and have a positive attitude.
