Are you an experienced Quality Manager with a manufacturing background seeking a dynamic role with a globally recognized leader?

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key part in the growth of a well-established organization, driving quality standards and shaping the development of a new state-of-the-art facility in Wellingborough.

A leader in the telecoms industry, this company delivers innovative products and services worldwide. Following sustained growth and the acquisition of significant contracts, they have recently opened a brand-new site, where you will have the opportunity to lead the Quality department.

In this role you will manage the Quality department and coordinate with all staff to maintain and improve the quality culture throughout. The successful candidate will lead their own department and be integral to future improvements.

This position would suit a Quality Manager from a manufacturing background looking for an autonomous and varied role with a global industry leader.
