Based in our Northampton head office, we operate across 3 sites and are now looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team.   BASIC SALARY: £40,000 - £50,000   BENEFITS: · Bonus - OTE up to £75,000 · Pension · Private Healthcare · 20 days Holiday + stats (additional days awarded with long service) · Outside breakout area   LOCATION: Northampton   COMMUTABLE LOCATIONS: Wellingborough, Kettering, Daventry, Corby, Milton Keynes, Bedford, Newport Pagnell, Market Harborough   JOB DESCRIPTION: Warehouse Manager, Operations Manager - Metal, Industrial Components   As our Warehouse/Operations Manager, your focus will be to manage the company's stock movement, distribution and operations including Health & Safety and audits (ISO 9001). This is a very hands-on role, managing a small team and will suit someone who comes from a strong industrial commodity background.   Reporting directly to the UK Managing Director and General Manager your key tasks will be to: · Support the General Manager, Managing Director and Branch Managers with the day-to-day running of the business and delivering the company strategy. · Directly manage the Northampton warehouse & delivery staff and the administration team. · Oversee staffing, operations, Health & Safety, company audit and regulatory affairs.   PERSON SPECIFICATION: Warehouse Manager, Operations Manager - Metal, Industrial Components   Ultimately, as our successful Warehouse Manager, you will be an excellent communicator with a strong presence used to managing multi person teams and wearing many hats. HR experience is not essential but would be beneficial.   You will also be able to demonstrate success as a Warehouse Manager ideally within an industrial environment for a successful SME, as well as being:   · A hands-on operator with excellent communication skills and rounded operations experience. · A candidate who sees the importance of documenting robust processes and is comfortable implementing and managing stock control, distribution and inventory checks. · A keen team player who is enthused by order and discipline as well as having an industrial commercial awareness and business acumen · Experienced within Health & Safety and ISO 9001   THE COMPANY:  We are a family-owned business that prides ourselves on our expertise, flexibility and the professional service we deliver.
