Customer Administrator
Location: WellingboroughContract Type: Temporary (2+ months)Hybrid Working: Possible after initial training period
About the Role:
One of our clients is seeking a detail-oriented and organised Customer Administrator to join their team. This role involves a wide range of administrative tasks, including onboarding new employees, managing employee records, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding: Administer new starter onboarding, including document verification, contract issuance, and reference checks.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection and employment law.
- Process Management: Efficiently manage employee lifecycle processes, such as leavers, maternity/paternity leave, and contract changes.
- Query Resolution: Respond to employee queries promptly and professionally.
- Report Generation: Prepare and analyse various reports, including headcount, starters, and leavers.
- Data Entry and Administration: Perform data entry tasks, mail merges, and other administrative duties.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability
