Customer Administrator

About the Role:

One of our clients is seeking a detail-oriented and organised Customer Administrator to join their team. This role involves a wide range of administrative tasks, including onboarding new employees, managing employee records, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding: Administer new starter onboarding, including document verification, contract issuance, and reference checks.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection and employment law.
  • Process Management: Efficiently manage employee lifecycle processes, such as leavers, maternity/paternity leave, and contract changes.
  • Query Resolution: Respond to employee queries promptly and professionally.
  • Report Generation: Prepare and analyse various reports, including headcount, starters, and leavers.
  • Data Entry and Administration: Perform data entry tasks, mail merges, and other administrative duties.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
