Agenda Partnership have partnered with our Northants based client who are looking for an additional member to join their marketing team.

Their brand is aimed solely towards events sector, providing a range of high quality cost effective products sold directly via their website which is why they’re seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to build on their online presence and drive digital marketing efforts for this brand.

This role reports directly to the Marketing Manager and supports the Head of Ecommerce with the sole focus of digital marketing efforts, specifically SEO, SEM, and leveraging Google AdWords to boost their online visibility and engagement.

Day to day you will:

  • Develop, contribute, manage and implement digital marketing plans to attract new customers, retain existing customers and promote growth.
  • Craft and manage PPC campaigns, including optimisation and analysis.
  • Optimising customer journey to improve conversion rates.
  • Create and execute email campaigns
  • Manage paid ads on platforms such as Facebook/Instagram (ecommerce), Google Shopping and LinkedIn.
  • Update the website content ensuring brand consistency and standards and optimised for search
  • Monitor and analyse results to improve performance, using tools such as Google Analytics and others

Experience required:

  • Qualified or experience within Marketing or Digital Marketing
  • Strong knowledge of online retail, marketing, and digital channels.
  • Knowledge and experience with SEO, SEM, Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Experienced with Google Analytics
  • An understanding of Affiliate marketing or Google Shopping (desirable but not essential)
